Shipping is exact-cost

A standard $29 shipping fee covers most builds. If actual shipping costs more, you get an invoice for only the difference, “not a penny more.” Multiple clocks ship together and save. International and Canada quoted separately.

Customs: proof before payment

On custom and stable orders, you pay nothing until you’ve seen and approved your proof. Your artwork is reviewed personally, usually within one business day, then invoiced after your green light.

All sales are final

Every clock is handmade to order, so completed orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable. That’s exactly why the proof step exists, nothing is built until you love the design.

What is the difference between the Regular and the Custom clock?

The Regular Neon Clock ($99) is a pre-designed face with a chrome-style border in the neon glow color you choose. The Custom Neon Clock ($125) is fully personalized: your name, logo, photo, business, team, stable, or memorial design, mocked up for you and approved before it’s built.

What can I put on a custom clock?

Just about anything: a name, a business and tagline, a logo, a photo, team or stable artwork, silks colors, a tribute or memorial design. Send pictures, sketches, or just describe it — we design the face and you approve the mockup.

What neon colors can I choose?

Seven glows: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white, every one of them is on a real build in the gallery.

How much is shipping?

A standard $29 shipping fee. If actual shipping costs more, you get a separate invoice for only the difference, you pay exact cost, never a padded rate. Ordering multiple clocks together combines shipping and saves. International and Canadian shipping is quoted separately.

When do I pay for a custom or stable order?

After you approve your proof, not before. You submit the details, we review the artwork personally (usually within one business day), send a mockup, and only invoice once you give the green light. Pay by card, check, or whatever works.

Does the clock still run with the neon off?

Yes, the neon has its own on/off switch, and the quartz movement keeps perfect time either way. Glow on for the room, glow off for the night.

Can I do a memorial or gift clock?

Yes, and they’re some of the most meaningful builds that leave the bench. A photo, a name, dates, their colors, handled with the same proof-first process, personally.

What about refunds?

Because every clock is handmade to order, completed orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable, that’s exactly why nothing goes to production until you’ve approved the design. See the Terms page for the full policy.
